At Scuba Dreams, we understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. We strive to be as flexible as possible while respecting our staff's scheduling commitments.
Cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to the scheduled dive time will receive a full 100% refund.
Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours prior to the scheduled dive time will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior, or "no-shows," are non-refundable.
If the Port Captain closes the port due to adverse weather conditions, you will be offered an opportunity to reschedule. If rescheduling is impossible, you will receive a 100% refund. We will not charge you for Mother Nature!
If you are unable to dive due to medical reasons (e.g., ear equalization issues) confirmed by a local physician, we will refund the remaining unused portion of your dive package.
